Yue Feng

Hi, there! I’m Yue. I am an incoming assistant professor at the School of Computer Science of University of Birmingham. I obtained my Ph.D. degree in Computer Science at University College London (UCL). Prior to that, I earned my M.Sc. from University of Chinese Academy of Sciences and my B.Sc. from Harbin Institute of Technology. I also spent wonderful time doing research at Amazon, ByteDance, Huawei, and Baidu.

My research interests lie in natural language processing, large language models and information retrieval. My recent work can be broadly categorized into the following directions:

• Large Language Model Powered AI Agents
• Factualness, Faithfulness, and Trustworthiness of Large Language Models
• Generative Models for Recommendation
